Jacket heat exchanger: Steel with low content of carbon thickness 1.5 mm with

special formation to resist in temperature changes.

Inlet and exit of jacket heat exchanger: Brass tubes O .” Male.

Inlet of cold city water and exit of consumption hot water: Brass tubes O 節�rdquo; Male.

Safety valve for close circuit reception: Brass tube O 節�rdquo; Male.

Insulation: Expanded polyurethane of high density ( 40 Kgr/m節� free of CFC,

thickness 50 mm.

External cover of the boiler: hot dip galvanized steel with electrostatic treatment in

color RAL 9007 antireflective.

Anodic protection: 2 magnesium rods that can be easily replaced.

Optional:Electric element with safety thermostat and 1 more magnesium rod.

Absorber: Formed with 11 copper tubes O 10 mm. and copper sheet connected

with ultrasonic welding.

Absorbing surface treatment: Blue selective titanium treatment on the copper

sheet with 95% absorbance and only 4% emission (α= 95% 節�2%, ε= 4% 節�2%).

Headers of absorber in diameter O 22 mm, creating 4 exit on the collector that are

insulated with EPDM rings.

Frame of the collector: Aluminum frame in color RAL 9007. The back side of the

collector consists of hot dip galvanized steel embossed type.

Back insulation: Rock fiber with thickness 30 mm and density 50Kg/ m節�

Sides’ insulation: Rock fiber with thickness 20mm and density 50Kg/ m節�

Front glass cover: Prismatic safety-tempered glass with thickness 3,5 mm with

transparency 88%.

Support structure for flat roof or inclined roof, ready to fix.

Accessories for connections, including brass fittings, valves (safety valve for close

circuit and safety non return valve for the inlet of cold city water) and corrugated

stainless steel connections’ tubes for close circuit insulated with UV protected

insulation. In the set is included also 2Lt of antifreeze liquid.
